Phoebe grew up in central Victoria before moving to Albury to undertake her studies in Physiotherapy. Graduating from Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in 2020, Phoebe has since been working in the private practice field. During this time, she has gained experience in working with people of all ages and conditions, including sporting injuries, osteoarthritis management, chronic health conditions, disability services and return to work management. Phoebe has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injury and post-operative rehabilitation. She is passionate about assisting her clients to achieve their goals and in helping improve their quality of life. 

Outside of work, you will likely find Phoebe outdoors by the lake or at the park.

Jayde Black is an Albury-Wodonga local who graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Throughout her undergraduate training, Jayde gained experience in neurological rehabilitation, women’s health and pregnancy-related conditions, orthopaedics, cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Jayde has been an active member in the community, volunteering her time in supporting and assisting local sporting teams as a sports trainer in managing and preventing injuries. Her experiences combined have led to a particular interest in sports injury management and prevention, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal injuries, particularly involving the knee and shoulder complexes and tendons.
Jayde is passionate about creating a difference by collaborating with individuals to improve their mobility and function while assisting with achieving their goals, and desired outcomes and preventing further injury and discomfort.

Outside of work, Jayde enjoys spending time with her friends and family and keeping both physically and cognitively active.

Shanae is a local Albury Girl who recently completed her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy at CSU in Thurgoona.

In her spare time, Shanae is an avid thoroughbred retrainer, with a love for showjumping and you’ll catch her on the mountains snowboarding most weekends in winter.

Mitch Wadley grew up in Wagga and studied at Charles-Sturt University in Albury-Wodonga. He completed most of his placements at the Wagga Base Hospital gaining experience on a number of different wards and services there. Mitch also completed a placement in a private practice setting in Wagga where he was able to gain valuable experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. 

Mitch enjoys playing AFL and have recently begun long distance running. He looks forward to assisting people in achieving their goals and returning to the things they enjoy doing, as well as providing education and strategies to prevent injuries from re-occurring.

After finishing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University (Albury) in 2004, Dave worked at the Albury Base Hospital in a graduate rotation position for 3 years. He then moved into Occupational Physiotherapy, working as an approved Rehabilitation Provider locally before moving to Melbourne for 6 years to work with John Holland Construction as a Workcover and Rehabilitation Coordinator.

After 4 years in this role, Dave then returned to working in private practice and thoroughly enjoying Occupational Physiotherapy. Jessica Lewington grew up on a farm based outside of Wagga and has actively been involved in the Wagga community through sport from a young age. Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University, Albury in 2014 before moving to Sydney for 3 years where she worked alongside elite athletes in the NRL. Jess returned to Wagga in 2018 and has since been completing post graduate studies in paediatric physiotherapy and chronic pain.
