Gait Assessments

Our Physiotherapists assess your gait pattern in real time, as well as slow motion analysis. This helps to identify any insufficiencies which could be leading to an injury.

This assessment helps us to guide a treatment plan for you to be walking the most optimal for your body, and without pain.  Our gait assessments pick up a wide range of conditions including:

  • Toe walking
  • Reduced range of motion through lower limb joints
  • Hip drop (Trendelenburg gait pattern)
  • Increase hip sway
  • Asymmetrical gait patterns
  • Shuffling gait pattern
