Junior Athlete Development
Athlete development is critical to ensuring optimal performance and reducing the risk of injury.
The growing number of injuries especially in Junior populations highlights the need for robust exercise programming. Recent evidence now confirms that progressive weight training under the guidance of a suitably qualified health professional is both safe and effective for enhancing performance and reducing injury risk.
Our clinicians have undergone extensive training through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA). They have worked at elite levels with athletes of all ages including the Commonwealth games, AFL clubs Greater Western Sydney and the Western Bulldogs, Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and the Murray Bushrangers as well as many local sporting clubs.
We have developed an elite Junior development program that is suitable for all skill levels. If you have never stepped foot in a gym before or if you attend a gym regularly this course is for you. Our team will take you step by step through the core elements of the program ensuring you maintain a safe an optimal technique. We believe this program will allow you to reach your full sporting potential and at the very least introduce you to the key elements of a gym program.
