The pain management program is a unique approach to managing chronic conditions.

Using training gained in post-graduate courses, Enhance Physiotherapy have developed a Pain Management Program designed to unpack and help people understand the science and psychology behind chronic and persistent pain. Run over 4 weeks, the once weekly sessions include education and activities designed to help those that may be suffering from persistent pain or those who may be at risk of developing persistent pain.

The program requires no doctor’s referral and encourages people to get involved and ask questions to help them better understand and manage their own pain.
