Mulgrave Physio Game Day Preparation & Recovery tips

Author: Matt Lewington

Local community club footballers and netballers have already or are about to start the opening games of their season.

No doubt everyone has worked hard this pre-season & are raring to go!

Don’t forget to take the time to prepare before each game & help your body recover afterwards so you can do it all again next week.

See the tips above from the experienced WPPC team – these tips are a great starting point for your pre and/or post-game routine!

Make your routine a weekly habit pre and post-game to help you to optimise your performance & be at your best this season.

We wish all players a successful and injury-free winter sport season, but if you do experience any acute pain following the game, remember the team at Mulgrave Physio Centre are here to help! Just call us on 9795 0668.
