We understand that these issues may cause a lot of emotional distress and can result in you not doing what you want to be doing.
It is our goal at Enhance Physio to address and help you recover to allow you to get back to exercise, social activities and intimacy using a wide range of evidence backed techniques and management strategies.
Some of the conditions we can treat in all women include:
- Bladder incontinence or urgency
- Bowel incontinence or urgency
- Constipation
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Pelvic pain
- Sexual pain
- Pre and post gynaecological surgery management
Pregnancy and Post-partum
We also have a special interest in pregnancy and the postpartum period
We offer a range of services for women in this unique time. These include:
- Bladder & bowel conditions (including incontinence & urgency)
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Pelvic floor check-ups pre & postnatally (minimum 6 weeks after birth)
- Return to exercise programs
- Pelvic and lower back pain, including pubic symphysis pain and SIJ pain
- Hand & wrist pain, including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Abdominal separation (DRAM) assessment and management
- Fitting of abdominal or pelvic support garments
- Exercise, posture and lifestyle advice for pregnancy, postnatal & beyond

Our Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Sarah Hamilton, has completed specialist post-graduate training to ensure you receive the best and most up-to-date knowledge and advice to best manage your condition. All treatments and management strategies are tailored to your unique situation and circumstances to optimize your recovery and get you back to the important things sooner.

Sarah Hamilton
Sarah graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy after growing up in rural North-East Victoria. Sarah has since settled in Albury, and lives locally with her husband and two young children. Since having children of her own, Sarah has a special interest in all things Women’s Health and has completed extensive post-graduate training in this area.
Sarah also enjoys treating injuries of the lower limb, particularly in the ankle and foot.
